Life & Business Coaching
You don't need fixing.
You don't need another version of yourself.
What you actually need is to come back into alignment with the identity that's been there the whole time — before the pressure, before the performance, before you learned to be someone else.
Until you live from that place, nothing else will hold.
I help people reconnect to who they actually are, build structure around that identity, and execute consistently — so they can take control of their habits, their money, and their direction.
The Problem
You've tried the systems. The habits. The morning routines. And they work — for a while.
But they keep falling apart because they're built on top of a foundation you've never fully understood: yourself.
This isn't a motivation problem. It's an identity problem. And until you address it there, nothing on the surface will stick.
Your days feel reactive. You're busy but not building. You end each week wondering where the time went and why you're still in the same place.
You start strong — every time. But momentum fades, old habits return, and you find yourself starting over again. The cycle is exhausting.
Money comes in — and leaves just as fast. You're working harder than ever but the financial picture never seems to change. There's no plan. No margin.
Scrolling. Drinking. Numbing out. You retreat when life gets hard instead of leaning in. The escape feels like relief — but it's costing you more than you know.
The information isn't the problem. You have more knowledge than you've ever acted on. The gap between knowing and doing is where most men get stuck — and stay stuck.
You've spent so long being who others needed you to be — the provider, the performer, the strong one — that you've lost touch with who you actually are underneath all of it.
"You're not failing because you're incapable.
You're failing because you're operating from the wrong identity."
The Framework
Real transformation doesn't start with behavior — it starts with identity. These five pillars work from the inside out, so that every shift you make is rooted in who you actually are, not who you think you should be.
This is not about building a new version of you.
It's about identifying who you actually are, removing what doesn't belong, and building a life that matches it.
Most people have built their life on top of an identity they learned — from family, pressure, culture, or survival.
We strip that back and get clear on who you actually are underneath it.
Because once that's clear, everything else starts to lock into place.
Freedom doesn't come from the absence of structure. It comes from the right structure. We build systems your life can actually run on.
Clarity without execution is just a good idea. We close the gap between knowing and doing — consistently, not just when you feel like it.
You can't outrun your surroundings forever. We look at who's in your life, what you're consuming, and what needs to change for growth to stick.
You need someone who sees you clearly and won't let you off the hook. Not a cheerleader — a partner who holds you to the standard you said you wanted.
About Brian
I was born in Buffalo, NY and raised in Wisconsin — small towns, cold winters, and people who knew who they were. I didn't. Not really. In 2015 I packed up and moved to Texas, not because I had a plan, but because I needed a new start and didn't know what else to do.
For years I did whatever it took to survive — waiting tables, driving for Uber, grinding through jobs that had nothing to do with who I thought I was. On the outside I kept moving. On the inside, I was lost — going through the motions without any real sense of who I was or what I was actually for.
"I'm not here to fix you. You were never broken. I'm here to help you remember who you've always been — and start living from that place."
Eventually I found my footing — not by hustling harder, but by doing the slow, honest work of understanding my own identity. Faith and family became the anchors they were always meant to be. Businesses followed. Clarity followed. And somewhere in that process, I realized that helping others find that same clarity was the most meaningful thing I could do with what I'd been through.
At my core, I believe most people aren't broken — they're just disconnected from who they really are.
I've lived both sides of that. I've built from pressure, performance, and inconsistency — and I've rebuilt from clarity, structure, and identity.
This work isn't about motivation. It's about alignment — and learning how to actually live from it.
I'm not here to motivate you. I'm here to empower you to see your world through a better lens.

Social Proof
I didn't need a coach to tell me what to do. I needed someone to help me remember who I was. Brian did that. Slowly, session by session, I started to feel like myself again — maybe for the first time in years.
I had spent so long being who everyone else needed me to be that I genuinely didn't know who I was anymore. Brian didn't try to fix me. He helped me see that there was nothing to fix — just something to come home to.
What surprised me most was how little the work was about hustle or strategy. It was about clarity. Brian helped me see myself honestly — and from that place, everything else started to fall into alignment naturally.
Let's have an honest conversation — about who you've been, who you are, and who you've always had the capacity to become. No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity.
